The House of Love in Ho Chi Minh City was created after our founders, John and Christine Nguyen, were introduced to the extreme need of an impoverished community that is located very near to them. Since it first started in 2013, the HOL in HCMC has formed a local school for the children, created a food pack program for families, provided shelter for many, and started a healthcare program. Our focus for the future is to help the community end the cycle of poverty by educating the children as well as starting a micro-finance system to foster income.
Now home to 12 children, the HOL in HCMC is focusing on the physical, mental, and spiritual well being of these precious lives. But that is not all, through relationships built over time in their surrounding community, they are spreading the love of Jesus Christ to the people of Vietnam.
